Shopdigitalonline Ripped Off! I purchased a new TV and received an old used tv!! Brooklyn New York

I recently purchased the HLT-5687S (which is a TV) from www.shopdigitalonline.com. When i purchased the tv it was not listed anywhere that the tv was refurbished. Even as of now it still does not mention anywhere that it is refurbished. To my knowledge when something is used or refurbished it has to be listed as that. It took numerous calls, hasling,being put on hold, and hung up on before i finally got them to agree to refund me. I was told that i was to be refunded the full amount once they received the tv and not to be charged the shipping of sending it back to them. They have received the TV and i still have not been refunded. I called there customer service and was told i would be refunded shortly minus shipping. I ordered a new HLT-5687S and received a refurbished one instead. How could i be charged for shipping?? I did not get what i asked for. Why should i be charged shipping when the problem was on there end? Also the bill of lading said shipping was to be billed to them... This is a huge 56" TV which is really heavy. The shipping on this unit is expensive. Oh and someone else on this site already filed a report against this company. This company has told me a million different stories and has lied to me on several occasions. I googled their name and many people seem to think they're a dirty company. This company is obviously a scam. Someone please help!
