Shopfans Credit card fraud, stolen goods Folcroft Pennsylvania

 The guys at this addeess are part of a huge credit card fraud ring. One of the company names they use is Brandscan, 105 east 16th street nyc 10003 run by James Marshall  (jamesmarshall1973@gmail.com) What they do is order merchandise from all retailers with stolen cards and stolen paypal accounts. They have it shipped to there reshippers. There reshippers are hired persons that are given jobs as quality control managers and brandscan is under contract by the United States Postal Service to preform quality control measures. So the reshippers recive the packgages then are supplied shipping lables that are also purchased with illgotten funds from USPS and stamps.com to name a few. pack the items and send them to addesses like,700 carpenters crossing in PA , 60 main street Dobbs Ferry 10522, 45 popham rd, scarsdale, 10583 plus a multitude of address in russian federation and the ukraine. Naturally they do not pay the reshippers or anybody elese.

 Are you for real?  What refund are you asking? you most likely used a stolen credit card to pay for service, I see that you used Rippoff report and claim you live in Alabama, 3 weeks ago when you used a stolen card and scammed us for over $1800 in charge backs you were claiming you are in Pennsylvania. I'm not sure how many businesses you scammed but i hope there is many complaints that will involve FBI to go after you.

This information is also submitted to Internet Crime Complaint Center and Pennsylvania State Police. All i want is just to get a refund from shopfans for services that they did not provide to me but still they charged me.

Of course they are trying to discredit me as they still need to cheat other people and its hard to do when ripoff report is already posted by me.

Emil G**** You are nothing but a fraud, now that you find out shipping company is stopping the packages you want to get sympathy,  everyone that is reading this post beware of this scammer he is using stolen credit cards and scamming businesses, he lives in Russia but claiming he is in US. This thief's email address is (((email redacted))) and he uses Skype. and the Skype number is (((redacted))), STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOSSER, The shipping Company is Legit business he is just mad that they trying to stop the shipments so victims can recover their losses, Any one reading this and wants proof of this scammer feel free to contact me and I will forward the documents that I have.

 This guy  Emil Giurzaliev is a thief, He claims he moved from Germany To US 6 months ago and living in PA but he is located in Russia, He is a big time thief, he used our companys online ordering using 5 stolen credit cards, Our Total loss at this time from chargeback is $1800 and another pending, The Shipping company that he is talking about is a legit shipping company in PA, they trying to stop the packages that we and many others shipped and have Russian post return it to us so we can recover our losses . Stay away from This Fraud he uses Skype to communicate and his skype number is 215-337-4034,

They also have an office in Moscow, Russia.

dear shopfans why dont you refund the money that i paid you back to my credit card since you never provided the service i paid for ? You just stole my money and now come up with fake stories.

They are very quick to respond to ripoff report but keep on ignoring my e-mails asking for a refund since they never provided services that i paid for. And i always pay with my own credit card, everything they say is a lie.

the person filed the original report is a carder stealing money from US credit cards. we have frozen his account and returned stolen items to online stores where this guy committed the crime.
