Shopfans This mail-forwarding company should be more accurately called a mail-delaying company Claymont Delaware

This "mail-forwarding" company is the most unprofessional business I've ever had to deal with. They claim to forward your packages within a couple of days. Instead they have been holding my packages hostage for weeks now. They are breathtakingly unprepared to run the business they got themselves into. Understaffed, underspaced, unwilling to take responsibility for delays or issue refunds for the service that's so delayed that it's not wanted anymore. Had I known that mail-forwarding through this company was going to take weeks, dozens of emails with support, I would have never signed up to use it. This is no Amazon that will stand by you and make things right for you as a customer. The least they could have done is refund the fee for the unsatisfactory service but they flat out refused to do so in an email. All they've done to address the delays is they are now running a competition for customers whose packages have been significantly delayed to win an iPad mini. Pathetic! They've caused thousands of dollars of damage to the customers with their delays and want to get away with it by giving away an iPad to a customer who will write a fun and positively-spirited story about the wait the customer had to endure to receive a package. I will never ever again deal with this company.
