Shoppers Advantage Already cancelled but charged anyways. Internet

First they introduced themselves by stating I would receive a rebate for tickets I bought to a game. I did orginally agree to membership. I sent off the rebate forms and never recieved my rebate. I called the company about the rebate and said it takes a few weeks. I also in the same phone conversation I cancelled my membership.

I thought it was completed until today out of nowhere I recieved a deduction from my account. I called today and said it was not cancelled. (Although the fact I have not been charged since I cancelled. I have not recieved a email or text confirming my cancellation. I just had a lady on the other end who read my cancellation number quickly, and assured I would not be charged again. Unrelated she rudely did not listen to me when I stated my desire to cancel. She kept ignoring me with a quick talking sales pitch hoping I would agree).

When I asked her for a refund of charges she stated, "Your account is not eligible for a refund." My account is there others that are ?

I want my money back, and to let others know not to get scammed. I am contacting my bank on fraud related charges against them.
