I think this company got my info through crunchless abs web site of vise verse. I contacted my card co. J P Morgan Chase. They said they could not send me a dispute form because they were somehow affiliated with this company, but assured me if I contacted shopping essentials they would remove the charges. The first person I talked to said they could only refund the most recent month. I continued to insist that I wanted all 5 charges of $19.95 removed. I was then handed off to another person who said, all of the charges would be credited to my card. Hasn't happened yet, but I'm hopeful

Shopping Essentials Plus MVQ I made an online purchase form a company called Potpourri in 2008 and was automatically signed up for a 30 day free trial of something I was not aware of and I have been changed 25.95 every month since then despite several attempts to stop them. I finally got my credit card comapny involved. They are only willing to refund the last 3 months worth of charges-utter fraud. Chicago Illinois
