I was charged an 11.95 membership fee. When you call the contact number you are asked to input your member id, or your credit card #, or your phone number. I pressed "0" and after 20 minutes got a live person. She said I signed up for the service at "The Stitchery". I don't even know what the Stitchery is! They agreed to cancel my membership but would not waive the charges.
