Shoppingessentials Company unknown to me, charged 19.95 to my credit card. No authorization to this company. Internet

This company is unknown to me. No order was made through them. I suppect it may be conected to a book I bought thru Cleo Katz over the phone. they wanted to sell a membership which I refused. They offered a free list that they did not send and then charged 19.95 for it. I called and had them take that off my credit card which they they did. Then this credit to my account came in on my last months bill with only a name of shoppingessn and a phone number of 800-962-0335. When I called to inquire they said it was a purchase I had made and I told them to credit back to my account as any purchase was canceled and I owed them nothing. To date nothing has been done, at least to my knowledge. No authorization was given to shopping essentials to bill my credit card.
