Sierra Investment Group Claim to provide services for Grant Funding, they are a RIPOFF Carson City, Nevada

I was contacted by Alice T Williams of Sierra Investment Group on December 14, 2011. She was soliciting grant writing and funding services. After speaking with Alice for several days, asking every question I could think of (even if this was a scam) and researching Sierra Investment Group extensively, I fell for the SCAM.
I followed every step of the process according to their direction and yes, I paid for services never rendered. I was told at one point that "it's not a matter of IF you get funding, it's a matter of WHEN". I was told this by Alice Williams and Dallas Conely.
I have dealt with numerous people within this "organization". Alice T. Williams, Michelle McMillian, Mercedes Tripedeux, Dallas Conely & Chis Shenk. Everything seemd to be on track for funding and I was told I was in line to receive first quarter funding from sources, which meant that I should have had funding sources lined up and comitted to providing funding at the very least, by the end of April.
It is now May 24 and still nothing. The last three to four times I have contacted Sierra Investment Group, I have been given conflicting information and now, I can't even get them to contact me in return.
I plan on filing a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General's office and the BBB for that area. Is anyone interested in doing the same and perhaps initiating a class action law suit against this "company" for fraud? I at the very least will do everything I can to recover the money I have lost.
