Sierra Rarities Default on liquidation of Gold Coins and go to ground Las Vegas Nevada

In March 2006 Kel Baker from Sierra Rarities attended a seminar in the UK which was arranged by our church Pastor. After the seminar I was approached by his company and I agreed to purchase gold coins to the value of $22,000 and a bank transfer was carried out on 30 March 2006. I instructed Sierra Rarities to liquidate the gold on 11 November 2008 and I received written confirmation (by email) of my instructions and that they would wire the money within a few days. After numerous emails I spoke to Kel Baker on 11 February 2009 when he advised me he would have to purchase the gold coins which would take 4-8 weeks. He promised the end of March at the latest. Kel also advised me the coins could be delivered to a US address as his US bank account had been frozen/closed. After continuous promises and emails since that date no coins have been received or payment made. His emails are now bouncing and his website www.sierrararities.com has been closed and two more set up www.mintstatepower.com and www.mintstateelite.com. There are 3 other investors in the Uk who would like to contact Kel to obtain our money.
