Silicon Solar Ripoff, Customer Service cannot be contacted Bainbridge New York

After calling dozens of times to cancel an order and not being able to speak to a live person, I did a little searching on the internet. Found out that the company is owned by two very young guys who put themselves through Cornell with this little SiliconSolar internet venture.

AND, I found a phone number, which I dialed, and spoke directly to Adam Farrell, one of the owners. You, too, can reach him at (607)339-6158 and voice your opinion about his company. I got nothing nothing but lame excuses from him, but did give him my order number, which I was trying to cancel.
