Silicon Solar Sleazy, LAME attempt to rectify shipping error: sent me another customer's order, then "added on" to avoid a genuine return, exchange. Bainbridge New York

I opened the box addressed to me, only to find an invoice addressed to another customer, accompanied by that customer's order.

When I called (a process that took several tries and a couple of hours) and finally spoke to a person, they told me they would call back. They did call back, but their "solution" was to add parts to the original wrong order in an attempt to give me what I had originally ordered. I foolishly accepted this arrangement, and now I still don't have what I wanted.

I will never deal with these people again. I have researched the company and found that it is run by somebody who won a school contest involving solar energy. The "customer service" people at Silicon Solar are virtual children who are always trying to come up with excuses for why they messed up. They have no concept of professionalism.
