I ordered a solar fountain from them on 8/20/2004. I paid immediately through PayPal. I was emailed an invoice that said the fountain would ship in 5-7 days.
on 9/20/2004, having not received anything, I inquired though the company's website form what was the status of my order. The next day I got an email saying the fountain was backordered and would ship on 9/24/2004.
On 10/5/2004, having not received anything, I inquired again thought their website the status of my order. The form told me my order was still "being processed". I have sent them two complaints through their website form and received no reply. I tried calling them directly and got a recorded message that they are undergoing renovations and will be closed til 10/11/2004.
This may be a reputable company, but my personal experience has been very poor. By the way, the fountain I ordered has been listed as "in stock" on their website for weeks.

Well, it finally arrived, as advertised and in good shape. Overall probably not a bad company, but their customer service was terrible. They never got back to my last two queries. They just shipped the fountain. I'm glad to have it, but I will not do business with them again.
