I too have had problems with the Silkies business. I was sent several pairs of pantyhose, in which I already sent back. I got a bill for them in the mail today. I was looking for a phone # to contact them, but there is nothing on the bill I received. I am not the least bit happy with this company, and apparently neither are a lot of other people.

Silkies satisfaction

I was very surprised to read negative comments about Silkies. I have been a Silkies customer for years and have always been very satisfied. I knowingly ordered the pantyhose and love them. When money got tight for me, Silkies offered to reduce my monthly shipment to every other month.
I recently had a problem with the pantyhose I had received tearing and contacted customer service on the website. They apologized for the problem and sent me four pairs of pantyhose free of charge. I was thrilled. I have had nothing bad to say about the company. Even when my bills were late in being paid, they were always very nice and courteous. I hope your issue with them is resolved to your satisfaction. Tracy
