Whatever you don't invest with this company. The owner of SilvaTree is a known conman and convicted Dutch fraudster named Patrick Visser. This particularly unsavoury character has been stealing money from unsuspecting foreigners through his network of property companies in Spain for years.
SilvaTree is his latest con. This one is a little smarter because it's not supposed to return the money invested for a number of years, giving Patrick Visser plenty of time to make his escape with your hard earned cash.
A quick search on the internet will confirm his criminal record in both Spain and Holland.
You've been warned, Silvatree and all it's "investment opportunities" are a complete scam designed solely to make one person rich, and it won't be you.

Silvatree and Patrick Visser might like to claim that all the reports about him being a thief and a conman are the work of one disgruntled ex-employee but I don't think so. Perhaps Silvatree can share with us just who this ex-employee is and what he's supposed to have done? My guess is that he blew the whistle on Patrick Visser and now he's trying to silence him.
I've had first hand experience of Patrick Visser stealing from ME so I can tell you with absolute certainty that the man is a thief!
He might think he can run away to a new country and put his past behind him, but for people like him who've done the despicable things that he's done and ruined people's lives the past has a way of catching up with them. I think they call it Karma.

Silva Tree S.A is a perfectly legitimate and upstanding company.
Director Patrick Visser has never been involved in anything unsavoury and these remarks have beeen posted by one individual, namely an ex-employee who has been prosecuted by Patrick Visser and is now facing prison.
Accusing a company of being a scam is a serious claim, as well as one which is unjustified and untrue. The source of this slander will be uncovered and prosecuted.
