I work as a member service represenitive at fox river resort located in Norway Il.I recently transferd to this dept. , i worked at the Welcome Center for years
(thats where most people get lured in with a post card.) I have made a very nice income for myself over the years but recently i have wittnessed thigs that are just plain mind blowing.

Lying to people is how we make money, thats a given, its a challenge,i have always thrived on, getting the person whos throwing a fit in the lobby, and winning them over..getting there money.

Racism is so heavy in our office, the majority of our perspective owners are black folks from chicago, Our "director" kindly refers to them as monkeys.
We have one black girl in the office who lives with a "closer" and they are the butt of everyones nasty jokes. We are taught to get the money - my any means neccessary.

Ive seen sales people forge "official documents" its such a game, everyone turns a blind eye to all the illegal goings on, in order to keep there jobs, ive seen people who make 3000$ a week pay checks get fired for not following the group! You cannot challenge the authority of our "director" in any way or he will fire you.

We recycle our clients, on an average people who already own a time share are marked to come into member services every 35 days or so and we talk them into buying more, even if they purchased 10 days ago, we tell them they have been ripped off the rep who sold it to them and we get more money to give them what they really need.
The welcome center is called the "out house" and mwmber services is called "in house, yes its the same company, the buildings are right next door to each other, but we play devils advocate against each other at the expense of the consumer.

The director at member sevices makes roughly 400,000.00$ a year, to teach people how to manipulate peoples emotions, thats alot of money folks, A good closer( the guy who comes in at the end and pressures you) if hes good he can make 200,000. A good rep can clear 100,000.00 a year all based on how good they are at lying.

if you ever get a postcard in the mail, throw it out!! You do not want to get tangled up with this company or the people in charge. I dont know how they manage not to get closed down by the state? Its a scam people and im sorry to admit that i have had alot of nice vacations, a thick bank account and an endless supply of expensive suits at your expense.
