Simmons First Bank Took money out of my account after weeks/months ago transactions Sedalia Missouri

I recently moved back to Florida in November of 2017 after having a slue of bad luck in Missouri. After a few months I've done some research and found out several bad transactions that never went through mostly to pay utilities. We had struggled to pay what we could pay (rent, AArons for a washer and dryier,) we ended up having to give AArons their stuff back because we couldn't afford to pay each month we struggled to keep our account in the positive all because of Simmons. After we had handled them thought we had everything well and doubt just this past week another check that was written to KCP&L for $126 had come through. Then on top of it another charge was added from 2 weeks ago today for $111 which has thrown our account -$256 in the hole. We just got off the phone with Simmons saying that their system was buggy that they had no fault in it which is rediculous because it is their system it should be running smoothly as well as checks on time when they are sent out.
