 Simon Parr Auctions ~ What can I say about this pathetic pathological lying piece of crap auction house located in The United Kingdom? This piece of crap company has lied about everything. He sent me a tiny bit of money for only ONLY ONE item he sold for me. That is why I sent him a bunch of more stuff for him to sell for me. I didn't get one penny for all the other items I sent over there for him to sell. He STOLE every one of my items from me. DO NOT do business with this place. You will be sorry!!!

We came across the following report from Dorothy Berg: (((REDACTED))) USA.

Dorothy contacted us regarding putting some items into our auction from her. We did this and sold quite a number of items from her, and sent her a cheque on her request, for genuine items. All fine so far. Then when she realised we were an easy target suddenly Dorothy Berg had a lot more apparant genuine Marilyn Monroe items. We did some digging on her online and found out she was basically wanted by the FB facebook team for alledgelly ripping people off on eBay for many years. 

Her username on eBay is Marilynfan2014, and her previous eBay username was Iceberg1956. And we have emails from Dorothy Berg which in her own words state she has sold HUNDREDS of owned Marilyn Monroe OWNED items on eBay with a partner. Almost on par with Christies auction house who had the infamous 1999 sale from Marilyn's house.

Her friend Penny Schimmer tried to scam one of our consigners by selling him a Britney Spears owned dress that appeared in Britney's 'If u seek amy' . The consigner was waiting for it, with Penny telling him she had sent it, when she hadn't done that. He had to force a refund through PayPal. We saw the same dress had been bought on eBay a few weeks previously.

Dorothy Berg has been paid every penny we owed her, and she was annoyed we wouldn't take in her fake Marilyn Monroe owned items that come with fake coa's with photocopied signatures. We have all of Dorothy's emails that we are willing to share to anyone if we need to.  She has since tried to sell some of the items she mentions as not having at other auction houses that we also have proof off.

Dorothy has made an unfair story online about us all cause we wouldn't sell her other fake items.

Simon Parr told me he would sell my items and I would get 20% and I would get the rest.

Several customers wanted to pay by using PayPal.  Simon Parr does not accept PayPal.  He asked me if I would accept a few Paypal payments and pay him the money that was owed him for selling the items.  He said some customers were having trouble sending money by wire transfer to him. I said yes.

When it came time to pay him the money that was owed him, I went to several banks and they all refused to send any money wire transfers to him.  I even tried Xoom.  They also refused.

Simon Parr told me the last alternative was to send $4,000.00 of CASH in between magazines via the United States Postal Service to him.  Obviously, there were tons of reasons why I couldn't do such a request.  i could have lost over $10,000.00. There was so much more risk in me doing such a thing and Simon Parr didn't care and blamed me.  He has no empathy or sympathy for my situation at all.  And why doesn't he take PayPal?  It is because if a customer learns he has purchased fake merchandise, they can't get their money back because there is no safety net or money back guarantee whatsoever by paying him by sending wire transfers

Simon Parr immediately threatened me and became very ugly fast.  I cancelled the customer's orders.  They were to find another way to pay Simon Parr for their merchandise.

Simon Parr has decided that I lost him sales and I somehow owe him lost commission.  I DO NOT.  I tried every conceivable way to pay him and nothing worked.  He does not understand this.  I sent him 8 items to sell for me and he has decided to keep all the money that they are being sold for.

He has STOLEN my items from me.  I don't appreciate this at all.  He has a very warped mind.  

I have reported these items to the police and they are now considered to be stolen merchandise.  I am 100% the legal owner of all the following items:

1.  Marilyn Monroe Smoky Rhinestone Cluster Clip-On Earrings.  They are on sale as of right now.

2.  Marilyn Monroe Black Beaded Necklace.  This is also on sale as of right now.

3.  Marilyn Monroe Rhinestone Bracelet.  This has been sold and I did not receive one penny from the sale.

4.  Marilyn Monroe Breygent Sample of Scarf Card.

5.  Marilyn Monroe Breygent Sample of White Fur Coat Card.

6.  Bette Davis Creme Colored Hand Knit Gloves.  These are on sale right now.

7.  Jennifer Lopez Signed Magazine.  I know for a fact that this has been sold and I did not receive a penny from the sale.

8.  Jennifer Lopez 8 by 10 Signed Photograph.

My recommendation is that if you buy anything from Simon Parr, be extremely careful and he has sold many FAKE Marilyn Monroe items.  This company can NOT be trusted.
