After almost 7 years in business and after tens of thousands of orders there were 2 Reports posted about SimPlastics, .. none of the customers replied to Ripoff Reports email to make things right with them..

Simplastics, lied to me twice, total ripoff, Would NEVER order from again! Bay Harbor Islands Florida

I placed an order for plastic bins to use for my company. Immediately after placing my order I emailed them and asked them to email me the freight price (I was leery of ordering from them, because their website indicated that freight was calculated AFTER I placed my order, which basically means that they can charge you whatever price for freight they want to) prior to shipping my order. As I wasn't going to pay more than $15 in freight for a $30 order. I got a response back within 5 minutes giving me my freight amount (which I was happy with, it was around $13). I emailed them back and asked when I could expect my order. They indicated it would be shipped within 48 hours.

I got an email from someone several days later (at which time I had expected my order to have already been delivered) and was told it would be delivered via FedEx the next day. When it didn't show up, I emailed requesting a tracking #. I never heard from this company again. I emailed THREE more times asking for tracking information. It has now been a month since I placed my order, and there was never a single reply to my emails. Which, in the end, is too bad for them, as I had planned on ordering over $1000 worth of bins from them after my initial order. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and will gladly take my business elsewhere in the future.

Doug,

You have no idea what went on in this situation, so I don't really know why you're trying to get involved. I'm sure you probably work for simplastics, and what you are doing is just tacky. In any event, a bad credit card was not used, it declined because I was over my spending limit for the day. And this report is not about me, or my company, it's about the terrible "customer service" I received from Simplastics.

Why was I never notified that my order had been cancelled? I did supply a valid credit card, and had gone over my spending limit for that day, which is why I had instructed whoever emailed me to run the card the next day. After that email, I never received another email, or my order. A simple email explaining what was going on would have been enough. But not only did I not receive that, I also didn't get a reply to the FOUR other emails I sent.

Yet, you've found the time to respond immediately on here. You've decided to blame me (the customer) instead of apologizing for the non-response to my inquiries. You never once tried to contact me by phone, that is a lie. Or if you did, not message was left. I am so glad that you have decided to blame me "this was your wrong doing all along", because you have completely ruined the reputation of your "company" in your responses on here. BTW, I ordered from Uline (my FAVORITE shipping company), and received my order the next day. What great service THEY have! Ron, I truly hope you treat your other customers with more respect than i've received. I will be faxing your responses on here to your company as well.

Doxy Lingerie is the subject of NUMEROUS rip-off reports and now the owner, Jennifer, files a report against a legitimate company when she trys to scam them using a bad credit card!!

I guess if your gaol is to rip people off you might as well work both sides of the road.
