Simple Escapes ripoff charged my bank account for 18.95, for three years without my knowledge Omaha Nebraska

I didnt sign up for this simple escape, nor do i know who they are, they have been charging my bank account for three years in the amount of 18.95.I have not recieved anything in the mail about this company. I would not nor could not have signed up for this because i am on a fixed income and a single mom and can not afford this money. I have been in and out of hospitals for the past ten years. So i know i can not afford this. something just is not right. I don't know how they got my account numbers, i did not give them any information about my credit card. I am ill and can not afford to pay for something like this. There also has been no transactions on this account. if i knew i had this account, wouldn't i use it? I have spoken to a carlos #18228 and another employee named anitra # 19864 and they told me there isn't anything they can do to help me. I once again know that i couldnot have signed on to some thing like this because i don't have the money for it. I am in the process of recieving disability for my illness. So any help that any one can give me, i would really appreicate it. They owe me the amount of 682.20. I think that this amount is right. I just calculated 18.95 per month for three years. It could be less , im not sure. My account started back in October of 2003, that is what carlos and anitra has told me over the phone. I have just learned about this, being of my illness,i am also on medications now and this is very upsetting to me. i have not kept up on my bank account in the past few years. please contact me asap.
