Simple Escapes Unauthorized charge Stamford Connecticut

In a recent VISA bill, I was charged $169.95 by Simple Escapes in Connecticut. After checking with me wife to see if she remembered a charge, which she didn't, I called the number on my VISA bill, and they company was quick and polite about doing the cancellation. It seemed odd that they were so nice, but I think that they don't want to get into any disputes with the people they are trying to SCAM. I caught the charge. How many others don't catch the charge until it's too late? I don't even know what the company sells. I hope that someone is taking these people to court or having them arrested and required to stop their operation.

We had a second charge by Connections in Connecticut. They also cancelled the $250 charge without any problem. It's scary to get two of these charges on one VISA bill.

I hope that the promised two business day cancellation of the billing and the accompanying credit will be honored.
