Simply Be Item Ordered is NOTHING Like Item Received Internet

This womens clothing company is a joke. After placing my order, I made several email inquiries requesting shipment updates as no tracking data had been provided.

Per my order confirmation and their website, my inquiries were sent to SimplyBe@us.simplybe.com.

All of my inquiries were returned to my email inbox as undeliverable. I never received an answer from them.

My item finally arrived a few days ago and it looks NOTHING like the Internet photo or description. Supposedly, the regular price of my item was over $50. and I purchased it on sale for $20. This garment is so tragic I would not pay 50-cents for it at a yard sale. It is cheap and cheesy.

Worse, the only way a customer can return an item is to use the company-provided expensive pre paid postage return label. They dont even give you an address thus forcing you to use their label.

Worse than worse, you can only use one label per item. For example, if you purchase 5 items and
they are shipped to you all at the same time, and you want to return 4 of them, you have to use 4 SEPARATE expensive pre-paid shipping labels to the tune of over $25 in postage to send the items back separately. Really? You've got to be joking!!!

Do yourself a favor and only shop from companies that are located in the USA. This Simply Be UK joint is beyond funky.
