When I got the second bill for my new credit card (which I had not used at all in the billing period), I noticed two charges to something called Simply You. One charge on November 6 for $9.95 and another on November 8 for another $9.95. Incidentally, DEALMAX made the same exact charges on the same days-that is in another report under DEALMAX.

When I called the 800 number I was told I had signed up for a $25.00 Wal-Mart card. I never signed up for a $25.00 Wal-Mart card and I certainly did not get one. I told them to cancel any account in my name.

Then, I called the bank that carries my credit card and asked for a new card with a new number. I told them about the fraud and they said they would send this to the fraud department. Here is a portion of the bank's reply:

"We have received information from the merchant, SIIMPLYYOU676144686, indicating your name and address were verified at the time the charges were made. Based on this information, we have determined you are responsible for the charges and have re-billed your account."

There is also a $1.00 charge from something called CROSSCNTRYSAV3, but since it was only $1.00 and I changed my card number I am not worried.

This months bill shows no charges. I did not use it, its only to build credit. But, the problem is, those billings from DEALMAX and SIMPLY YOU put me over my credit limit, which cost me $11.00, and will mess up the credit I am trying to establish.

I am mad! I will follow the instructions on this site to demand a Federal Regulation F form and tell them about the 67 ripoff reports on this site. Hopefully, I will get a refund and a clean credit rating. But, I am not holding my breath.

I am mad and don't know what to do.
