This company should not be touched!

They are electrical goods internet based sales. They appear to be a company trading from Hong Hong although they do give an address in Isle of Man and the impression of a UK base.

The prices are good/cheep and suprise suprise what you want is in stock. You are then told items in stock are dispatched usually in 3 working days but can take up to 10!

Still waiting for the dispatch confirmation email! Apparently it takes their dispatch team more than 10 working days to check that everything is in the box. It must be a big box the camera I ordered is comming in! They say the backlog is down to number of sales.

There is plenty of support contact methods though. Phone- you get to hang on listening to music for 10 minutes then get cut off. Live support - hit submit and nothing happens. Email - you will get an email back with non commital to anything, lots of excusses and told to have a nice day!

I have now asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund. Suprise suprise it takes a few working days to action an email to tell me that they are going to refund me! I have had no information yet as to how long to wait for this email and how long afterwards it will take to actually refund me.

I have done some online searching and I have found a number of websites all with a number of people all in the same situation. Some people are still waiting goods that were in stock or refunds after a few months.

I will update this with any further information.
