Simpson Sheds William Thomas Flanigan Flanigan is a scammer and will rip you off Forney Texas

William Thomas Flanigan, Donnie Flanigan, David Flanigan, Rebecca McCloud Flanigan, Shaune Flanigan are all involved in scams for building sheds, barns, fences, pole barns etc. 

They talk a good game, have a vague contract and will actually start the project but it is poorly constructed, not built to spec, and post not put in the ground properly.  They require a 60% deposit upfront to cover cost and then they run taking the money, unfinished projects that are poorly constructed.  Never returning to complete a project.

Flanigan will use various names, changes his company name and starts again with a new name and some times a new phone number because these are "To Go" phones that cannot be traced.  He uses various advertising sites, i.e. Newhorse.com, Craigslist, Facebook, etc.

His deceit has ranged from North Texas area all the way to Houston. 

Beware of this guy.  He has lots of excuses that blame other people.  Never his fault!

Shaune is a convicted sex offender that has been onsite where children live and that is a felony.  He evades the law and its just a matter of time before he is arrested again.  Don't let William Thomas Flanigan tell you that he fired Shaune because he was ruining his business.  Shaune was only slowing down how many other people William Thomas could scam because they were not wanting Shaune on site.  It is a family affair.  They are all involved.

This ordeal is much larger than people realize.  Spread the word.
