Dear Singer: I ordered 2 singer vacs along with the steamer and accessories from your TV infomercial. Was told I would be charged 120.00 for the vacs plus 40.00 for the accessories (for the steamer) plus shipping to total 200.00? I notice on my Providian Visa, I am being charged 353.70? I will place an error in billing form with Providian if I don't hear from you soon. I have tried calling 18007118357 all day today and just get a busy signal. Tried the same number last night and was told to call back between 830am-5pm pst to discuss problem.
