Singer Lazer Storm ripoff false billing fraudulant sales Los Angeles California

On the 11th of October I recieved a phone call from FEDEX saying I had a large box being delivered that had the wrong address on it {as well as a totally mispelled name}.

I had a package from a company I do business with arriving.

It wasn't supposed to be heavy though. Was I surprised when I opened it and found four {4} vacuums inside. Where had they came from? I checked my Credit cards and my bank account, nothing, then I checked other cards that are from different individuals that I Captain boats for. Sure enough there was a charge for $331.67 on one of them.

The box had very little info on it just Sarah Roberts, SINGER 4540 Worth St. Los Angelas Ca 90063

I tried to look up the address for SINGER on the WEB, thats when I saw all the Links from people that have been RIPPED-OFF by IGIA-SINGER. I got the name of the company and number from AMEX 1800.709.2216 and sure enough it was IGIA. I have tried to call and just get an atoumated response and asked to E-mail them at at customercare@SINGER.com or customercare@IGIA.com
I never ordered four vacumes, I havent owned four vacumes in my life. What are these people thinking? Has the world come down to this, just ripping people off for profit?

The next question I have is why is SINGER doing bussiness this way? I have seen the name SINGER on sewing machines my grandmother had. Is this the way a corporation of that scale needs to do business? I think SINGER needs to take a long hard look at what IGIA is doing, not in the "sales" aspect, but in the Company reputation aspect. Why would people do business with a company that's ripping off consumers?

Well you can bet your butt I will be checking the boat cards for charges that are fraudulant from here on out.
