 Email. message: Skinnoir.net. Ordered 14 day trial for $4.95. 15th day was charged $89.95 for monthly membership. Their website has 2 terms & conditions. The T&C at bottom of page says you may cancel and get full refund. This is for monthly membership. They would NOT HONOR their own policies. Matter still in limbo. Bank and California State Attorney General involved.
