SkinElement and EyeVibe Cream Total RipOff and Fraud Nationwide

SkinElement and Eye Vibe cream is a total ripoff. Came across a free trial of the product online and paid for the shipping and handling total 10.9$. Later I realised it is a auto renewal product plan that costs nearly $200. This was no where mentioned on the site or the confirmation that I received. I only read about it when I searched the internet for reviews. Immediately I cancelled the order, however the support team informed that there is no refund since the shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Later I get and email saying the product is shipped and now I have to pay extra to ship the product back and god knows what other hidden charges are included in this. This is total ripoff and fraud and has celebrity endorsing it. Will make sure to give neagtive feedback wherever possible and check if there is a consumer forum to take this greivance up.
