The story started last summer when I recieved 2 bills from s****.> By that time I just felt like giving up. I was very busy with various things and overwhelmed by financial hardship. I didn't call them any more and the bills just kept coming, month after month. I called the company once again few days ago and asked why am I still getting their letters stating that I still owe money to Beachbody. Again, the lady I talked to said that there is not mention of me making any payments to the company...
Shortly, I have never before had to deal with so many incomentent people. Clearly, somebody - and more than one person in this case - is not doing their job. I am just wondering - what will be the final outcome? Are they going to take me to court? The girl on the phone suggested I fax them the proof of my payment(s) this time. I typed a long letter, made copies and tried to fax it - the number they gave me was a phone number, I got the answering machine.
So, what am I to do? I am not surprised to read so many reports here about this company. I understand that collection agencies have their place, but trying to collect the same debt twice (or even more times as I have read here) is WRONG! This company should be forced to go out of business because of their questionable business practices!!!
