Be aware of collecting services like s****.> they billed me and I made a payment immediately, it's been 3 months now and they keep billing me over and over again, of course I always call their costumer service telling them that I already have made that payment so they ask me to fax a copy of the transaction record which I did and 2 weeks later I get another letter about the same payment again this time the not so nice representative asks me to mail it, I mail it and fax it again and guess what!
A month later I get a threat letter from them saying that my account is in a delinquent statusand I need to respond!
Very uncoordinated inefficient company and I just feel that they are up to something they have all my information and you can't even talk to any one I called the main office and left a couple of messages and no one had bothered to call back.
Be careful if you receive any letters from this company and make sure you document everything when you deal with them.
