I live in a townhouse with restrictions. Paid $39.99 for their sattelite kit and tech couldn't install it because reflector couldn't be positioned correctly.
>I didn't get my refund as back as promised but I'm fighting an additional charge of $189 on credit card.
>I have spent more than two hours on their 888 no. and nobody answer the phone. Only an answering machine. I've phoned them 3 days with no results. The machine says that their voice box is full.
