THIS COMPANY HAS CAHRGED MY CREDIT CARD $189.00 UNLAWFULLY. I PAID THE $39.99 FOR SHIPPING CHARGES AND AFTER MANY MANY CALLS TO SKYBOX TV THEY SENT MY CETRIFICATE. GOT MY CERTIFICATE FOR THE FREE EQUIPMENT FROM DIRECTTV. THEY STILL CHAGRED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE $189.00 AFTER 30 DAYS.

MY CREDIT COMPANY AND I CALLED AND HAD A 3WAY CALL WITH SKYBOX AND THEY ADMITTED THE CHARGE WAS WRONG AND THAT THEY WOULD CREDIT IT BACK. ALMOST 50 DAYS NOW AND NO CREDIT.

THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY SAYS THEY MUST GET THE CREDIT MEMO FROM SKYBOX TV. CAN'T CALL THEM, ALWAYS BUSY AND VOICE MAIL BOX FULL. CONTSANT CALLS AND NOT RESULTS. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. AT A LSOT AS WHAT TO DO NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Skybox tv, customer service do not work ripoff Delayed shipment , no shipment, promised it would be there within 5 days, after I cancelled they billed me for a year anyway! tricked and lied to us Duluth , GA Georgia, where ripping off people from other states is at least a State Hobby or a major business.
