ordered thre two free receiver, free installation, 1st month free trial back in october. received my certificate and that's been all. have tried to contact skybox through all the possible contact options offered on their website and this is what i've gotten:
online chat- not available at this time (that's each and everytime!)
email request assistance- no responses aftr submitting god knos how many requests!
direct phoneline assistance- busy forever, when you do get through a recording comes on and states 'all operators are busy at this moment please leave a message at the tone'; then when you hear the tone another recording - 'sorry message file is full at this time'.
has anyone else encountered this problem and if so has anyone had any resolution yet?
