This company flashed up to sale a sample of White Over Nite for 3.95. About 2 to 3 days later they took 106.90 from my bank account. No they took my credit card information and did not give me a confirmation number nor did the confim this order had been placed. There was not terms of agreement to check to. I would not have agreed to an extra 106.90.

When I learned I had done this I wennt straight to the bank.I explained to the bank that I had only agreed to a sample which I had paid the shippping and handling for. I filed fraud papers and had to close my account to keep this company from taking more.

Now because I had closed my account the bank refuses to help me in any way. I have now talked to a person at the company who says her name is Jane Coe and she is friends with the the Attorney Genersl office she has friends there and they will do nothing for us. When I ask for the free notebook, she said that was thru another company which she refused to give me the name of. So I called back and got someone named Bobbie and she gace me the name of the company who owns white overnite, which she said was skyfission. I have made several phone calls to this 909-930-3060 number and have gotten nothing resolved.

They are ripping off the public and the company that was supposed to be giving away the notebook computer, who knows who that is. They also did not hold up there end of the bargain. They have not shipped the product, even through they say it was shipped and returned, I ask her to prove it and she said well the post office said it was delivered and I signed for it. I ask her to prove it and she said she did have to. I want my 106.90 returned and the money for the sample 3.95.

Jane Coe...DOJ Employee????

Ruth in Kentucky...I DO work for the DOJ in Sacramento, California and I will check to see if a Jane Coe really does work there. (I doubt it).

Believe me. The DOJ, as long as we are under the management of the wonderful Bill Lockyear will not tolerate such internet fraud.

I will do everything in my power to ensure that the owner/operator of whiteovernight is fined and prosecuted and prohibited from doing business in the great State of California.

I am a representative of the company and wish to clear the air over this disturbing press we are receiving. DO NOT CALL YOUR BANK AS WE ARE PROHIBITED BY BANK RULES TO CREDIT YOU AND ARE FORCED TO TAKE YOU TO COLLECTIONS AS YOUR PURCHASE IS A BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT. Call US and we are happy to remedy any problem you may have...but we will not tolerate "I didn't mean to order".

Lastly, If you did not receive your product...CALL US and we will reship to you absolutely free. We want ONLY happy customers.

For those of you who understand that whiteovernite will save you hundreds and hundreds of dollars by not having to pay $400.00 or more at the dentist for the SAME results...we thank you for your purchase and hope you are smiling and showing off your white teeth.
