I ordered a SkyCaddie Aire II Golf GPS that did not function correctly, even after a 3 hour download of their new software and course maps.  The unit would give inconsistant distances from hole to hole ( (i.e. +7 yards, -40 yards, etc).

It was very difficult to request a refund. I was finally told that I had to return the item & they would process the refund.  I sent the item back at my expense after they refused to provider a prepaid shipping label,  They did process the refund, but did not refund any of the shipping charges, either the original charges or the return charges.

Support contact with the company is ONLY via LIve Chat, no email or phone contact info is available.

So, I am out $24.14 for trying their crappy product.  I will never do business with them again & reccommend no one else does either.
