Skyline Marketing Scamming Pay for call advertising, Internet

This was a company that I signed up early last year for Pay for Call Internet Advertising.  I had to pay $600 upfront cost.  Nothing happened for about three months, and then some ads appeared for several weeks, and I was getting some calls.  They copied my website, but the links would not work so I complain because people thought my sight was defected.  I called them about it and nothing happen. 

I got charge about another $300 for calls I received.  I tried to call them and they never returned a call or answered the phone.  I believe they must screen the call. Shortly there after my account was inactivated and I could not long in.  I was happy and reported them to the Attorney General of California.

I was just reviewing my February 2012 Credit Card and all of a sudden I have a charge from them, when I have not authorized anything and I do not have a account.  Tried calling on no one answers, left message, not returned call.  Also another charge on March 2, 2012. These guys are true scrammer, and are just changing the card hoping it slips by.  I have Masercard on them.
