Skyline Marketing Ripped me off! Temecula, California

It all started out that they can get me leads for customers looking for contractors such as myself.  I got only 2 leads all year!  They just took out $299.99 out of my visa card when I've been trying to cancel with them for over 4 months before the renewal fee.  I cannot get any emails through which they all send back to me as an error or no longer works.  And only one time I got through and told them to refund my money and cancel me off,  then they said we will call you tomorrow and will email you the information to cancel.  But guess what: they never did!  I've been calling 4-5 different numbers that I have seen from the past and all the numbers are no longer in service! Only one number works but nobody ever answers and they never call back!
