Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I agreed to an add as long as got to see or proof the add first, and I was to get locations and people who distributed the books name and number to verify. I was recorded and havent herd from them again except a statement with out add proof or anything I asked for as a condition on doing business with their salesperson sales rep (VF) APPROVING AN ADD THAT will run. I did approve the add, but with conditions. Since the add has not ran they can simply removeit and cancel...no fowel at this point however they dont answer the phone?????

As a long time employee of Skyline Publishing, the claims made by this customer are not the way we handle business. Our standard procedure is to call customers, set them up with an ad (if they want), send them an invoice, and also a proof once they are ready. Once they receive the proof the customer then has time to make changes if needed. Once we make sure all ads are correct, we start sending the product throughtout the community. We don't like our customers to ever feel they were mislead. Our customers happiness is what our business is all about. We strive to make sure our customers are satisfied with the product and the professinoalism we offer. Our main goal is to bring new clients to all the customers who utilize our services. I urge Mr. Hadamuscin to contact our office during our business hours M-F 8AM-4PM CST and we would be happy to help him. We are closed for lunch from 12-12:30 PM. Our phone number is 1-800-893-9309 or 309-692-3978. Our receptionist answers the phone all day and we look forward to speaking with him.
