In response to this customer, unfortunately since you have chosen to post your complaint on a website that does not allow you to include your information I have no idea who you are so I can not comment on specifics with your account. I will comment on the validity of your complaint. First, yes we do distribute publications throughout high traffic locations countywide. If you had any question of those specific locations we do keep records of that and would have been happy to let you know them. Also, it would be helpful if you only included in your posting factual information you have as to what Skyline Publishing did to wrong you. Did you purchase an advertisement or where you just approached to purchase? If you did not actually purchase the ad then you have no complaint because you have nothing to post a complaint about. If you did purchase advertising do you know for certain that your publication was not distributed? If you do not know for certain then you again have no complain to post as again we have done nothing wrong to you. I apologize if you contacted someone who was unhappy with the guide but we have more happy customers then not. Most of our business is from repeat customers and we are very proud of this fact. To clarify we have a gentleman who's only job in the company is to set up distribution points for each of our publications. We also send order forms to customers who have paid their invoices if they would like to have copies of the guides to pass out. They are not obligated to pass them out but if they would like we offer, Obviously the customer you spoke with chose to order a bulk supply as we would not have sent one without her asking. Often times realtors are our biggest distributors especially the ones advertsing because they meet so many people and are a first stop for those looking at buying a new home.
