Skype works fine for chat. I decided to use it for calling into my office to take dictation.

That's when I found that I had to pay $29.95 to do so, but that was for a year. I considered the cost reasonable and paid.

I have yet to make a call using skype where the person could understand a word I said.

I have contacted their customer support more than once via email.

Little did I know that there is no other way to make contact, as no physical location is on the website, nor contact telephone numbers.

The service doesn't work, and I will probably never get my money back.
