I noticed a week ago they had taken $$$$ from my account(I have never even heard of the company before). I filed a dispute with my bank which Mastercard would not honor because the site was 'secure' I luckily had cancelled my debit card, so they can't take anymore but, I can't even find an e-mail for them. I am totally screwed. . .

It doesn't matter if it was a secure transaction, if you did not purchase the product from skype.com then it is called identity theft. Skype.com is owned by ebay, they offer VOIP internet telephone service. There is a support request form you can fill out and submit to see what skype.com can do, but in the end, its a chargeback.
