Don't trust Skype to deliver paid VoIP services.

They will take your money but deliver no service to your Skype client application.

Complain and all you get is a frustrating run-around from idiots, that either cannot read English or simply ignor your explanations of denial of service.

Don't ever expect a refund if you're not happy. They will simply ignor your request.

File a complaint on Paypal? First they ignor your complaint. Then just before you want to escalate complaint they fix your service so complaint expires. Then your service stops working again, for good.

Remember that eBay owns both Paypal and Skype so you are playing against a stacked deck. You always lose.
