Sleepys Received not one but two mattress that had spring problems. Then didnt want to give us the money back and thought we would accept another mattress and have us pay the difference Harrisburg Pennsylvania

We had purchased a queen mattress and boxspring from the Harrisburg, Pa sleepy's that is located at the High Point center. Two days after we got the bed we heard the springs making noise and sounding like they were gonna come right out of the mattress. We then called 1-800-sleepys and was told we would get another one delivered free of charge. I would hope so since it wasnt a problem we created. They delivered the mattress and before the delivery person left, I sat on it to only hear the same noise.

The delivery person sat on it to hear the same noise. We were told to call sleepys and they would send someone down. We notified 1-800-sleepys and was directed to the rudest lady I think they hired. She not only wouldnt allow us to talk, she over talked when we did. We informed her this was the second mattress we got with the same problem and we would like our money back. Why should we pay for something that wasnt right.

Why go back to the same car that gave you problems only to get another. Come on. She informed us that they DONT give back refunds. They said we could go back and get another mattress at the same price. So we argued the fact that we didnt want another one, just the money back. So after my husband and myself talked to this witch of a lady. She had the nerve to call us back and torment us more.

She had also told us that no matter what we had said or what the problem was. What she writes in the computer is basically gold. We informed her that would contact the BBB, and her reply was.. go ahead. We dont care. So instead of acting like children on the phone we headed to the sleepys store we got the bed from. He informed us that we could get another mattress, but have to apply the extra amount of the next mattress.

Ok, so we have to pay more money, get talked to like a dog, waste gas and time to only pay more money. I dont think so. This place is horrible and I would never recommend someone to shop at sleepys again. We will be taking it to small claims court and continue with anything we have to.
