I purchased a replacement milk frother for my cappucino maker and the seal broke immediately. The interior is made of plastic not metal like the one it came with. After one week I called to ship it back.
The customer service manager Renata called me back a day later and immediately began yelling and accusing my cappucino maker of being clogged and that they will not warranty the part. Being clogged was the first thing I looked at before I ever ordered anything. I was given the option of spending more money to mail it back to them and have them determine if it failed because it was clogged. I told Renata that is impossible to determine. This is made of just plastic on the inside instead of metal which can withstand pressure and heat.
I've never been so insulted in my life and this is literally the first thing I have ever complained about.

Broken...

You cannot break a item then expect a refund. The world doesnt work that way. YOU broke your item and NOW you want them to give you a refund. You claim they sent you a defective item. Reality is that you broke the item and NOW you expect a refund. This all tells me and everyone who reads your post that YOU ordered a part NOT made by the manufacturer.
