SMART DATA SOLUTIONS RIP OFF BEWARE TOOK OVER 4000 DOLLARS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. NO SERVICE SPRINGFIELD, TENNESSEE

Same old story.They got me good.Signed up for insurance via fax.Though NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF ASSOCIATIONS.i had it for 199.00 per montH.wAS GOING TO THE DOCTOR EVERYTHING WAS FINE PAYING MY 25.00 DOLLAR COPAY.Then doctors office informed me they refused to pay so i owe them 500 to 500 hundred dollar.Also my lab sent me full bill no pay from so called insurance.States in my plan 25.00 copay.ok so i call the guy who sold me policy hes say they never inrolled me??? So no doctor no refills on meds for over 6 months.stopped taking 3 of my meds.ordering my insulin from canada for 100 buck a week.

Oh they also had this drug discount program never could get thet either.anywys today i found a charge on my checking for 199.went back 11 months found been charging me all along.But heres the nerve of em after about 2 month 5/1/08 to 7/1/08 they started taking 2 payments of 199.00 per month.Just called my bank to stop any future payments ect.added all this up and its over 5000.00 dollars for nothing.T alked to a lady today from sds,she said oh you have coverage,even gave me my policy #.

I said why dont they pay there part of copay(didnt know at the time they were double charging me)She said if you ever have any problems just cvall me. Calling smart data solutions tommoro to ask them how they sleep at night.Sure it wont do any good ,but might make me feel better?Theres gotta be a lawyer out there who could take this case as its so cut and dried.know theres many more than me whove been scammed.whew GPWHLS
