I have tried to years ago to get a copy of my title forward over to me or the DMV office here in Alabama to have my car registration changed over from Georgia to Alabama. Then my car broke down and it took me a while to get it repaired. Now that it has been repaired, I have started back trying to get in touch with Synergy Acceptance and can not seem to get an answer at 6785641234, line is always busy....6783540099, line is not in service.....18664941122, spoke to Adam/Allen...and he said it would take 7 busy days and I haven't received my paperwork I need yet. I don't have any other information to get involve with this company to get my vehicle registration changed over and to check on my account. I have read up on the internet about this company being a Rip-Off and customer having trouble with contact info on this company...what do I need to do? I have paper receipt at to my payments to be mailed to Synergy Acceptance Corp. P.O. Box 1667, Woodstock, Ga 30188-1366

Firs of all, are you paying a car note? If so then the DMV should be able to get ahold of the lean holder to obtain the info. I know here, they had to call them for my hubby who has a car note, the dmv called the bank and the bank faxed over a copy. If you have a loan/lean holder on your vehicle then they are not allowed to provide you with a copy of your title, you will not be able to get that until your loan is paid off, that is the same in EVERY state. What is this Synergy Acceptance, is it the place that you pay for your car? You need to know exactly what is going on, it doesnt sound like you are to confident in knowing where your money is going! Keep us updated.
