Smart Shopper Savings Plan Travel Entertainment Savings entices customers with promise of gas cards. Internet

This organization will call and give you the last four digits of your own credit card.  They then offer a discount program for dollars and promise to send $120 in gas cards.  After signing up I had to call several times to report that I had not recieved my gas cards.  When they finally arrived, they are not gas cards.  They are rebate vouchers, 12 in the amount of $10 each and they can only be redeemed 1 at a time, once a month. They go by 2 company names and you must contact each company individually. They each give you an account number, therefore you must make multiple phone calls to cancel.  I believed that I had cancelled until I found a charge on my bank statement.  When I called, the customer service rep was very rude.  Saying that the charge was valid and I was well aware of the charge.  I asked to speak to her manager. She stated she was the manager. I again asked to speak to her manager, she then told me she did not have one.  This offer seems legit, but it is very much a scam.  They purposefully confuse you so that they can charge you later.
