I placed an order for a free trial with $9.95 shipping charge at www.getsmartsmoker.com about 4pm. After checkout I became suspicious because of all the "trial offers" theye were trying to sell during the actual check out. I called the company (about 10 minutes after placing the order) and requested order cancellation. I was informed that this is a 10 day trial offer (which I wasn't aware) and I can send it back once I get it in mail. I was also told that they couldn't find it in the system and that I should call after 48 hours.I told the rep I don't want to wait 2 days because the chances are that it will be on it's way and that's what I'm trying to prevent.!!. I do not want to be charged additional $100.00 for something I don't want and trying to cancel. I was told she couldn't do anything and to call tomorrow. I checked my credit card and the fee of $9.95 was already charged to my account. I called back stating the fact that I want to cancel. They still couldn't find my order. I had my order number but and the charge as a proof of the transaction. I was told that the kit ships from England and they can not contact the shipper. The sad part is that the chances are I won't get the order before the 10 days is up and it has to be shipped back to England. What are the chances of them mailing it to me and me shipping it back within 10 days !!!!! Funny that the charges on my account where placed immediately from PA !!!! 

The supervisor was suppose to call me the next morning. ..that did not happened. I called the customer service again and was told that  and the supervisor (Tracy) will not talk to me since there is nothing more to say and I should return the package when I get it (before the 10 days is up)!!! So the moral of this story is that I'm getting royally SCAMMED. I will try to have my bank watch for the charges and deny the ($100.00) charge once that occurs and I'm sure to cancel the card just in case if the scammers will try to place any charges again.

One is for sure...BEWARE...this is not an honest company but a bunch of scammers trying to steal your money.
