Twice I've had problem orders with Smartbomb.com (a vitamin store).

Each time the shipper ships only one quantity when I have ordered plural amounts.

This second time they omitted two bottles of Jarrow NAC vitamins.

They have refused to correct their mistake. This has cost me about thirty dollars and a waste of time.

I was credited for a item which was never sent. The initial problem was probably due to employee inexperience.

They have great prices ,just be sure to remind them about multiple orders of the same item.
