smartbomb.com Vitamins company went from great to non-responsive, non-delivering Internet

Company has been great in the past (before March), usually shipping within a few days of order, good prices, free shipping above $100, frequent extra discounts.

Web site changed early in year and their performance went down hill.  

Until February 2011, orders shipped promptly from New Jersey.

After March, orders shipped from Ohio.  At first quickly, order on 3/16 shipped 3/24, order on 4/15 shipped 4/17,  order on 5/9 shipped 6/16 (getting annoying, slow, received one wrong item, they quickly sent right product), order on 7/29 arrived 8/24, order of 8/25 is not yet shipped (10/11).

Now I'm experiencing the same issue as other reporters on this web site, no responses to support requests, no humans answering phone. 

(Mea culpa for not checking ripoffreport.com immediately when their performance went down hill!!!)

I've now initiated a credit card dispute due to no product received and no responses to inquiry.
